J. Scott Sitter Photo J. Scott Sitter
President, Chief Executive Officer and Director

Mr. Sitter has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Choice Bank and Choice Bancorp, Inc. since 2011.  He has more than 28 years of experience in the financial services industry.  Prior to joining Choice Bank, Scott spent 14 years as a founding officer and the Senior Credit Officer for a $450.0 million community bank.  His experience also includes 5 additional years as a Vice President for two regional holding company banks and 7 years as a Financial Examiner for the State of Wisconsin’s Department of Financial Institutions.  Scott received his BBA-Finance degree from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh in 1984, where he also completed several graduate-level business courses.  He also completed specialized banking courses at Louisiana State University, Northern Illinois University, and the University of Nebraska.  Scott has been active in the Oshkosh community as a member/supporter of the Friends of Oshkosh, Rotary, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, the Boys & Girls Club, and the Affinity Health Foundation.

Having spent 30 years in Oshkosh as a lender and financial institution leader, Mr. Leedle knows the market, the customers and their needs. He has served other Oshkosh area banks as a Senior Lender, Commercial/Business lender and a Department Manager. Stan is extremely active and has been involved in various community organizations and non-profits such as Oshkosh Chamber of Commerce, Oshkosh Commercial Development Corporation, and Friends of Oshkosh.

Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Glynn has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. John's experience includes financial management, risk management, bank operations and technologies, as well as acquisition and expansion. Prior to that he worked in public accounting serving primarily financial institutions. John earned his bachelors degree from Marquette University and is a certified public accountant for the state of Wisconsin.  He has also studied Advanced Asset Liability Management at the Sendero Institute and graduated with honors from the UW Madison BAI School for Bank Administration.

Vice President and Retail Lending Manager

Mr. Giltner has more than 27 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Choice Bank, Scott spent 15 years as Vice President of Mortgage Lending at two local community banks in Oshkosh. He has an extensive background in lending including residential, consumer, small commercial and administrative. Scott earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from UW-Stevens Point. He is currently an instructor and board member for the Wisconsin Bankers Association Mortgage Lending School. Scott is also a current board member of the Wisconsin Bankers Association Consumer Lending School. He is a current board member and coach for the Oshkosh West Basketball Club and is a past president.  Scott is currently Chairman of the Board for Chiropractic Care of Wisconsin.  He is past board member of the Northeastern Wisconsin Chapter of the Wisconsin Mortgage Bankers Association and the Friends of OCAT in Oshkosh.

Vice President - Residential Lending

Mr. Leitch has over 15 years of experience in the mortgage lending industry. Prior to joining Choice Bank, Chris held positions as a Residential Sales Manager for a large national bank and Loan Officer at other financial institutions. He has extensive experience in residential, consumer, and construction lending as well as heading up the departments secondary market relationships. His current role also involves managing the department's underwriting and overseeing regulatory and compliance concerns. Chris received his BBA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee majoring in Finance and Real Estate Management. He has been and is currently involved in the Winnebago Home Builders Association, and serves as an executive board member and steering committee member for NeighborWorks Oshkosh. He is also a past member of the Oshkosh Jaycees and Propel.

Vice President - Deposit Operations

Mrs. Donaldson has over 20 years of experience in the banking industry. Prior to joining Choice Bank, Janelle held the position of AVP Loan and Deposit Operations Officer at a central Wisconsin bank. She has experience in staff training, management, marketing and customer service. Janelle earned her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and Marketing from Bemidji State University in Minnesota.

Vice President - Loan Operations

Mrs. Abraham has over 30 years of experience in the banking industry. Prior to joining Choice Bank, Terri managed the loan administration department for a $450.0 million community bank. She has extensive experience in the loan operations and commercial lending area. Terri is a native of the Fox Valley area. Growing up on a farm, she enjoys showing and caring for horses with her daughter and spending quality time with family and other loved ones.

Assistant Vice President - Residential Lending

Mr. Bobusch has 8 years of experience in the mortgage lending industry. Prior to joining Choice Bank, Mike was a Branch Manager at an Oshkosh area mortgage company. He has experience in residential, consumer, and construction lending. Mike received his BBA in Marketing from Winona State University in 1998. He is an avid cyclist, participating in many Wisconsin and out-of-state races.

Assistant Vice President - Private Banker

Mrs. Jorgenson has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. She has served other Oshkosh area financial institutions as a Personal Banker, Assistant Vice President – Branch Manager, and Assistant Vice President – Mortgage Officer with experience in residential and consumer lending. Ingrid studied education and business administration at Luther College in Iowa and UW-Oshkosh. Ingrid is extremely active in community organizations. She currently serves as a board member for the Oshkosh Mid-Morning Kiwanis, where she has been a member for over 20 years. She serves on the Wisconsin Bankers Association Financial Literacy Advisory Board. She is also a past member of the Winnebago Home Builders Association and past Treasurer for West Side Association.

Assistant Vice President - Compliance Officer

Mr. Kahl has over 29 years of experience in the banking industry. He has extensive background in the compliance area as a past Director of Compliance Services and over 22 years of experience as a Vice President and Loan Compliance Officer at two community banks in the Fox Valley. He is a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM). In addition, he has completed the Wisconsin Bankers Associationís Graduate School of Banking. He obtained a B.A. in Business Management from Ripon College graduating with honors while participating as a collegiate athlete on the Varsity Football team.


Patti Probst Photo Patti Probst

Mrs. Probst has over 25 years of experience in the accounting industry. Patti's extensive background in accounting includes financial analysis, internal and external reporting, budgeting, auditing, account reconciliations, accounts payable, payroll tax accounting, and cost account. In addition to her accounting background, she also has experience in office management, human resource management, and operations. Patti earned her Bachelors of Science in Administrative Management with an Economics Minor from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. She is actively involved in her church and has volunteered with various groups including United Way, Feed My Starving Children, Appleton West High School and the Appleton Soccer Club.

Mrs. Freeman has over 10 years of experience in the banking industry. Prior to joining Choice Bank, Julie held the position of Bank Manager at a local financial institution. In addition she has over 15 years of management experience. She volunteers with the Oshkosh Senior Center. Julie is a native of the Fox Valley area and enjoys spending time and traveling with her family.

Deposit Operations Officer

Mrs. Wagner has over 19 years of experience in the banking industry. Prior to joining Choice Bank, Janeen gained extensive banking experience in tellering, personal banking, branch management, loan administration and lending. Janeen is a native of the Fox Valley area and is the current Treasurer of the Omro Backboard Club. She volunteers for the Omro Boy Scouts in addition to many other activities her children are involved in and enjoys camping with her family each summer.

Human Resource Officer

Mrs. McReath started her banking career with Choice Bank working in the human resources, accounting and marketing departments. Maggie earned her Bachelors of Business Administration, majoring in the Human Resource and Finance, from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. In addition, she completed the Graduate School of Banking's Human Resource Management School at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Maggie is involved in the Oshkosh community as a member of the Oshkosh Jaycees and a PALS liaison.



Rodney Oilschlager Photo

Rodney R. Oilschlager - Director and Chairman of the Board
Mr. Oilschlager serves as the President of Midwest Real Estate Development Company where he oversees the company's development and management of their multi-family portfolio consisting of over 4,000 units and 125 employees. As a principal of Midwest Real Estate Development Company and his personal involvement has enabled the company to increase the value of their investment. From 1973 to 1979 Mr. Oilschlager served as a pilot in the United States Navy where he received valuable management and leadership experience. He currently serves as a director of the Oshkosh YMCA and the Oshkosh Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Stam began his career in Oshkosh at Oshkosh Truck Corporation in 1979 as a service representative. He has held positions of increasing responsibility including Field Service Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Product Manager, Director of Sales and Marketing, Director of Engineering, General Manager and Vice President of Manufacturing Operations. He has served as church council president, chairman of the Oshkosh Chamber of Commerce, board member of Northeast Wisconsin Manufacturing Advisory Board, and Truck Mixer Manufacturers Board. He presently serves on the Chamco board (industrial development non-profit corporation for Oshkosh development), UW Oshkosh Business Success Center board, and the City of Oshkosh Redevelopment Authority.
Gerald A. Thiele Photo Gerald A. Thiele - Director and Audit Committee Chairman
Mr. Thiele was actively engaged in the wholesale distribution of exterior building products in Green Lake, Wisconsin through Prestige Wholesale Supply, a company that he founded in 1986 and expanded through an additional distribution center in 2002. He is currently in the development stages of a new company. A Wisconsin native, Mr. Thiele has lived in Oshkosh for the past 11 years. He is actively involved in his church and has been a volunteer coach for youth soccer, basketball and football.
Mark Troudt Photo Mark D. Troudt
Director and Risk Management Officer
Mr. Troudt serves as Risk Management Officer. He has lived almost his entire life in Oshkosh. He began his career with the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions where he served as a State Bank Examiner. He went on to work with three other banks in Oshkosh as well as a telecommunications company and a local manufacturing company prior to joining Choice Bank. He has also been a member of various community groups including Kiwanis (Past President) and working with local fundraising organizations including the American Cancer Society.
Kenneth Balda Photo Kenneth J. Balda - Director
Mr. Balda has owned and operated Quality Truck Care Center since 1986. His Truck Dealership/Repair business has continued to grow and now employs 160 employees with four dealership locations in Appleton, Oshkosh, Fond du Lac and Green Bay. During his career he developed strong leadership and business skills, along with a good understanding of financial statements.
Stephen W. Ford Photo Stephen W. Ford - Director
Since 1998, Mr. Ford has served as the Senior Vice President for Lapham-Hickey Steel Corporation, a company he has worked with for the past 30 years. He is headquartered in Oshkosh and has the responsibility for operations and sales in three locations. Mr. Ford is a current board of director of the Metals Service Center Institute and also a past President of the same organization for the Wisconsin chapter. He has also been active in the Oshkosh community working with the Chamber of Commerce and other community groups.
Richard Gabert Photo Richard L. Gabert - Director
A lifelong resident of Winnebago County, Mr. Gabert worked as a sales representative for Pluswood Industries from 1969 to 1984, at which time he started his own business. All of his adult life he has been involved in the purchase, sale, rehabilitation, ownership and management of residential income producing properties. In 1984, through partnership with another individual, Mr.Gabert became more involved in building and managing large apartment complexes and commercial buildings.

A lifelong resident of Oshkosh, Mr. Getchel has worked in the Oshkosh area since he was 12 years old. He has been employed with the same real estate office for over 25 years, and is consistently a sales leader in the Oshkosh area market. He attributes this success to being a lifetime resident of the Oshkosh area. He has been an active member of past and present charitable and community organizations.  He cherishes the relationships he has acquired throughout his career.
Michael L. Hanneman Photo Michael L. Hanneman DDS - Director
Dr. Hanneman began his general dental practice in Oshkosh in 1982 and in 1983 he was joined in practice by his wife, Dr. Karen Dustrude. From 1990-1994, Dr. Hanneman was a director for M&I-Western State Bank. His father, Lloyd Hanneman was a founder and the first president of Western State Bank. Dr. Hanneman also served on the Community Advisory Board of Associated Bank-Oshkosh from 1994-2004. He is active in the music program at the Algoma Blvd. United Methodist Church and was a member of the Oshkosh Southwest Rotary Club, in which he was a Paul Harris Fellow. He is also a former board member of Big Brothers/Big Sisters of the Oshkosh Area. Currently, Dr. Hanneman serves on the board of directors of The Oshkosh Grand Opera House Foundation. He is also the treasurer of the Marquette University School of Dentistry Alumni Board.
David Janssen Photo David A. Janssen, M.D. - Director
President and co-owner of Fox Valley Plastic Surgery, S.C., which he founded in 1993, Dr. Janssen and his practice have provided plastic, reconstructive, and hand surgical services to over 32,000 patients of the New North. Dr. Janssen has served as the chief of surgery at Mercy Medical Center for four years, the Affinity Board of Directors for four years and was President of their Physician Activities Committee for three years. Dr. Janssen is the Medical Director of Theda Clark Surgery Center-Oshkosh. Dr. Janssen serves on the Board of Trustees of Ripon College. Dr. Janssen supports many community and regional charities.
Thomas L. Muza Photo Thomas L. Muza - Director
An Oshkosh native, Mr. Muza has been with Muza Metal Products since 1977, expanding his knowledge of business, engineering and metal fabrication. He replaced his father as President in 1995, and purchased Muza Metal Products from his father in 1997. During his time as owner of Muza Metal Products, he expanded the Company significantly both in terms of sales and employment. During the past eight years the company has added approximately 50 new employment opportunities for the community. In 2005, Mr. Muza became the Chief Executive Officer of Muza Metal Products. He served as a Director for Leach Credit Union during the mid 1990’s and has also been a member of several community organizations Board of Directors.
Jim Poeschi Photo James G. Poeschl - Director
Mr. Poeschl is a self employed trader in the stock and options market. Mr. Poeschl served as Vice President and Secretary of Poeschl Industries, Inc., a furniture manufacturer and supplier to the music industry, from August 1989 until March 2002, when the business was sold. He was licensed as a Registered Investment Advisor from December 1995 to July 1997. Mr Poeschl has served as a Class III director for Choice Bank since its inception in 2006.
Jeff Rogge Photo Jeffrey S. Rogge - Director
Mr. Rogge has been the President and owner of Rogge Sausage since 2000 and has worked in the family business since 1986. He is a member of two local chamber groups, as well as the N.F.I.B., and W.I.B., which are business associations. He has been a life long member of Martin Luther Church in Oshkosh, where he currently serves on the buildings and ground committee. Mr. Rogge enjoys outdoor recreational activities, including hunting, fishing, snowmobiling, boating, archery, and best of all, weekends in the north woods of Wisconsin at his cabin.

Mr. Rusch is a life long resident of the Oshkosh community. In 1967, he obtained his license to sell real estate, and has since been involved as a real estate broker, an auctioneer and in farming. In the past, he also owned a home building business. Tom served as Director of F&M Bank from 1977 through 2001, thereby gaining valuable leadership experience in the banking environment. Other past leadership roles includes President of the Oshkosh Board of Realtors, president of the Wisconsin Farm & Land Brokers Association, and Vice President of the Wisconsin Auctioneers Association.
John Supple III Photo John F. Supple III - Director
Mr. Supple is the co-founder and co-owner of Supple Restaurant Group, a multi-unit restaurant development company. He is the President of the group, which currently operates seven restaurants with two in development. He has spent his entire career in the family business headquartered in Oshkosh. His success in the industry has afforded him numerous awards including the 2000 Small Business Person of The Year by The Oshkosh Chamber of Commerce, Wisconsin Entrepreneur of the Year – Retail 2004 by Marian College Business & Industry Awards, the Small Business of The Year 2004 by the Appleton Post Crescent. In addition to his professional success, Mr. Supple has been extremely involved in Oshkosh and has served on several Boards of community groups. His most recent commitment to the area is his service on the Oshkosh Convention and Tourism Board.
