Keith C. Pollnow - President, Chief Executive Officer and Director
He has spent 29 years in the financial services industry with 26 of those years in the Oshkosh market. He has served other Oshkosh financial institutions as a Community Bank President, Senior Lender, Marketing Manager and Branch Manager. His professional experience includes working for small local institutions as well as large regional holding companies. He is extremely active in the Oshkosh community and has served as a Board member or Officer of several community organizations as well as being a Past President of the Oshkosh Jaycees and the local chapter of the American Cancer Society. |

Stan Leedle - Executive Vice President, Chief Credit Officer and Director
Having spent 23 years in Oshkosh as a lender and financial institution leader, Mr. Leedle knows the market, the customers and their needs. He has served other Oshkosh area banks as a Senior Lender, Commercial/Business lender and a Department Manager. He is extremely active and has been involved in various community organizations and non-profits such as Oshkosh Chamber of Commerce, Lutheran Homes of Oshkosh, Oshkosh Commercial Development Corporation, and Friends of Oshkosh. |

Mark D. Troudt - Risk Management Officer and Director
Mr. Troudt serves as Risk Management Officer. He has lived almost his entire life in Oshkosh. He began his career with the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions where he served as a State Bank Examiner. He went on to work with three other banks in Oshkosh as well as a telecommunications company and a local distribution company prior to joining Choice Bank. He has also been a member of various community groups including Kiwanis (Past President) and working with local fundraising organizations including the American Cancer Society. |

David A. Hayford - Chief Financial Officer
Hayford has over 25 years of experience as Chief Financial Officer in the financial services industry in the community banking environment. He has been active in the Oshkosh community and professional organizations throughout his career. Hayford served as President of the Oshkosh Symphony Orchestra for three years and has chaired committees for the Wisconsin Institute of CPAs and The Financial Managers Society, a national banking trade group. He has served as an officer of the Oshkosh Rotary Club Southwest and Hartford Rotary Club, and served on the Parish Council of two Oshkosh churches. |

Debra Fernau - Vice President and Chief Operations Officer
Ms. Fernau was born and raised in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. She has spent over 20 years in a community banking environment. She has been a Branch Manager, Lending Officer and an Auditor for both a small community bank and a large regional holding company. Debra has extensive knowledge of bank operations, compliance issues and banking regulations. She is a dedicated, self-motivated, and a result driven management professional. |

Archie Stam - Director
Mr. Stam began his career in Oshkosh at Oshkosh Truck Corporation in 1979 as a service representative. He has held positions of increasing responsibility including Field Service Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Product Manager, Director of Sales and Marketing, Director of Engineering, General Manager and Vice President of Manufacturing Operations. He has served as church council president, board member of Northeast Wisconsin Manufacturing Advisory Board, UW Oshkosh manufacturing advisory board, and Truck Mixer Manufacturers Board. He presently serves on the Chamco board (industrial development non-profit corporation for Oshkosh development), Golf Fore Kids board and the Oshkosh Chamber of Commerce Executive board. |

David Janssen, M.D. - Director
President and co-owner of Fox Valley Plastic Surgery, S.C., which he founded in 1993, Dr. Janssen and his practice have provided plastic, reconstructive, and hand surgical services to over 25,000 patients of the New North. Dr. Janssen has served as the chief of surgery at Mercy Medical Center for four years, the Affinity Board of Directors for four years and was President of their Physician Activities Committee for three years.
Dr. Janssen supports many community and regional charities. |

Gerald A. Thiele - Director
Mr. Thiele was actively engaged in the wholesale distribution of exterior building products in Green Lake, Wisconsin through Prestige Wholesale Supply, a company that he founded in 1986 and expanded through an additional distribution center in 2002. He is currently in the development stages of a new company. A Wisconsin native, Mr. Thiele has lived in Oshkosh for the past 11 years. He is actively involved in his church and has been a volunteer coach for youth soccer, basketball and football. |

Jeff Rogge - Director
Mr. Rogge has been the President and owner of Rogge Sausage since 2000 and has worked in the family business since 1986. He is a member of two local chamber groups, as well as the N.F.I.B., and W.I.B., which are business associations. He has been a life long member of Martin Luther Church in Oshkosh, where he currently serves on the buildings and ground committee. Mr. Rogge enjoys outdoor recreational activities, including hunting, fishing, snowmobiling, boating, archery, and best of all, weekends in the north woods of Wisconsin at his cabin. |

Jim Poeschl - Director
For the last five years, Mr. Poeschl has been a private investor. From August 1989 until March 2002, he served as Vice President and Secretary of Poeschl Industries, Inc., a furniture manufacturer and supplier to the music industry. Jim is currently serving as President of eBusiness, Inc., an eCommerce corporation founded in April 2002. From December 1995 to July 1997, he was licensed as a Registered Investment Advisor, and currently serves as treasurer and partner of Blue Star Investments, Inc., a real estate/investment firm, since May 2004. |

John Supple III - Director
Mr. Supple is the co-founder and co-owner of Supple Restaurant Group, a multi-unit restaurant development company. He is the President of the group, which currently operates seven restaurants with two in development. He has spent his entire career in the family business headquartered in Oshkosh. His success in the industry has afforded him numerous awards including the 2000 Small Business Person of The Year by The Oshkosh Chamber of Commerce, Wisconsin Entrepreneur of the Year – Retail 2004 by Marian College Business & Industry Awards, the Small Business of The Year 2004 by the Appleton Post Crescent. In addition to his professional success, Mr. Supple has been extremely involved in Oshkosh and has served on several Boards of community groups. His most recent commitment to the area is his service on the Oshkosh Convention and Tourism Board. |

Julie Leschke - Director
Ms. Leschke grew up in Milwaukee and moved to Oshkosh with her family in 1973, completing high school at Oshkosh North. She received a Bachelors degree in Music (French Minor) at UW-Madison, and a Masters in Music at UW-Milwaukee. Ms. Leschke has a diversified employment history which include serving as a teller and customer service representative at local bank; piano teacher, coach at the Wisconsin Conservatory of Music and the Oshkosh Suzuki Talent Education Center at UW-Oshkosh; pianist with the Oshkosh Symphony Orchestra; elected official on the Winnebago County Board of Supervisors; practice manager for Anesthesia Services of the Fox Valley; executive director of the Oshkosh Symphony Orchestra; and others. Ms. Leschke has diligently served on area non-profit boards and has been involved in numerous volunteer, community and political activities over the last 20 years. |

Kenneth Balda - Director
Mr. Balda has owned and operated Quality Truck Care Center since 1986. His Truck Dealership/Repair business has continued to grow and now employs 120 employees with four dealership locations in Appleton, Oshkosh, Fond du Lac and Green Bay. During his career he developed strong leadership and business skills, along with a good understanding of financial statements. |

Michael L. Hanneman DDS - Director
Dr. Hanneman began his general dental practice in Oshkosh in 1982 and in 1983 he was joined in practice by his wife, Dr. Karen Dustrude. From 1990-1994, Dr. Hanneman was a director for M&I-Western State Bank. His father, Lloyd Hanneman was a founder and the first president of Western State Bank. Dr. Hanneman also served on the Community Advisory Board of Associated Bank-Oshkosh from 1994-2004. He is active in the music program at the Algoma Blvd. United Methodist Church and was a member of the Oshkosh Southwest Rotary Club, in which he was a Paul Harris Fellow. He is also a former board member of Big Brothers/Big Sisters of the Oshkosh Area. |

Paul Getchel - Director
A lifelong resident of Oshkosh, Mr. Getchel has worked in the Oshkosh area since he was 12 years old. He has been employed with the same real estate office for over 20 years, and is consistently either the number one agent in the Oshkosh market area or close to the top. He attributes this success to being a lifetime resident of the Oshkosh area. He cherishes the relationships he has acquired throughout his career. |

Randall Schmiedel - Director
An entrepreneur who has been on the front end of starting ten different companies, Mr. Schmiedel is currently the owner or co-owner of each of those companies. He has coached and mentored numerous people helping them to achieve their goals and is a huge believer in giving back to the community that he lives and works in. He was born and raised in Oshkosh and is currently on the Board of Directors for the YMCA and The Paine Art Center. He is also a member of South West Rotary, Elks, Chamber of Commerce, Winnebago Apartment. Association (past president), Meals on Wheels, Leadership Oshkosh and the West Side Association. |

Richard Gabert - Director
A lifelong resident of Winnebago County, Mr. Gabert worked as a sales representative for Pluswood Industries from 1969 to 1984, at which time he started his own business. All of his adult life he has been involved in the purchase, sale, rehabilitation, ownership and management of residential income producing properties. In 1984, through partnership with another individual, Mr.Gabert became more involved in building and managing large apartment complexes and commercial buildings. |

Rodney Oilschlager - Director and Chairman of the Board
Mr. Oilschlager serves as President of Midwest Realty Management Co., where he oversees the company’s multi-family portfolio with 125 employees. He is a principal at Midwest Real Estate Development Company and his personal involvement has enabled the company to increase the value of their investments. Mr. Oilschlager spent six years as a pilot in the United States Navy where he received valuable management and leadership training. |

Stephen W. Ford - Director
Since 1998, Mr. Ford has served as the Senior Vice President for Lapham-Hickey Steel Corporation, a company he has worked with for the past 30 years. He is headquartered in Oshkosh and has the responsibility for operations and sales in three locations. Mr. Ford is a current board of director of the Metals Service Center Institute and also a past President of the same organization for the Wisconsin chapter. He has also been active in the Oshkosh community working with the Chamber of Commerce and other community groups. |

Thomas L. Muza - Director
An Oshkosh native, Mr. Muza has been with Muza Metal Products since 1977, expanding his knowledge of business, engineering and metal fabrication. He replaced his father as President in 1995, and purchased Muza Metal Products from his father in 1997. During his time as owner of Muza Metal Products, he expanded the Company significantly both in terms of sales and employment. During the past eight years the company has added approximately 50 new employment opportunities for the community. In 2005, Mr. Muza became the Chief Executive Officer of Muza Metal Products. He served as a Director for Leach Credit Union during the mid 1990’s and has also been a member of several community organizations Board of Directors. |

Thomas N. Rusch - Director
Mr. Rusch is a life long resident of the Oshkosh community. In 1967, he obtained his license to sell real estate, and has since been involved as a real estate broker, an auctioneer and in farming. In the past, he also owned a home building business. Tom served as Director of F&M Bank from 1977 through 2001, thereby gaining valuable leadership experience in the banking environment. Other past leadership roles include President of the Oshkosh Board of Realtors, president of the Wisconsin Farm & Land Brokers Association, and Vice President of the Wisconsin Auctioneers Association. |
