How to enroll in eStatements:
1. Click on the button "Click here to sign up now"
2. Enter your location, last name and tax identification # (Social Security #)
3. Click Submit
4. Follow the on-screen instructions.
5. Confirm your email address by responding to the verification email you will receive after enrollment

What happens after I enroll?
After a full 30 day cycle your paper statements will be replaced with electronic notification delivered to your email inbox.
Whenever a new statement is ready to be viewed you will receive an email notification with the subject line: eStatement Notification from Choice Bank. Simply click on the link provided in the email and enter your login information to view new along with previous statements.
Can I get both an eStatement and paper statement?
At this time you may only choose to receive one or the other. Should you decide at any time that eStatements are not for you, simply call Choice Bank to be unenrolled in the program and you will begin receiving paper statements.
