COMPLIANCE OFFICER
Choice Bank is looking for an individual to monitor and audit the activities of the Bank to maintain compliance with federal, state and local regulations. This individual should be a self starter who can work well independently and provide bank personnel with developments and/or new rules and regulations that effect the institution and specific departments. This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining an effective Compliance Management System.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain current knowledge of government regulations
- Coordinate and complete compliance and quality control reviews
- Prepare Bank and department heads for changes in regulations
- Assign and monitor training program for all personnel
- Provide advice on compliance with regulations
- Assist in drafting and/or updating the Bank’s compliance policies
- Responsible for other tasks and projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
- 5-plus years of bank compliance experience
- Experience in lending and/or deposits is a plus
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Great attention to detail
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team

CUSTODIAN
Choice Bank is looking for a welcoming individual who is responsible for performing janitorial duties and basic building maintenance at two Oshkosh locations. In addition, this individual would perform courier duties between the Bank locations. This position would be Monday through Friday for approximately 4 hours each morning; some Saturday hours may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping flooring, stairs and offices
- Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms and break rooms
- Cleaning windows and window sills
- Dusting and cleaning offices, lobby, and desks
- Detail cleaning baseboards throughout both locations
- Restock supplies in bathrooms and break room
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe janitorial closet
- Proper label any chemicals
- Replace light blubs
- Basic office repairs and maintenance
- Other job duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
- Customer service experience
- Knowledge of basic cleaning products and/or willing to learn
- Positive attitude and welcoming personality
- Valid Wisconsin Drivers License is required
- Past experience is a plus
